- Oversee all aspects of maintenance operations across the facility
- Provide senior-level leadership to the maintenance department and direct maintenance planning initiatives
- Develop and implement predictive and preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime
- Establish and track advanced maintenance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Address unplanned downtime and strategically plan maintenance outages to minimize production disruption
- Maintain and manage capital expenditure (capex) projects from inception through completion
- Monitor the condition of all corporate facilities, grounds, and equipment through regular inspections
- Hands-on experience with multi-craft maintenance disciplines including Mechanical, Electrical, and Hydraulics
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Strong background in maintenance management within an industrial or manufacturing environment
