, you start your day at noon and wrap up by 8:30 PM. You get your mornings back, and we get a rockstar to help run our fleet.

You and your teammate are the pit crew for our install teams. Your job is to turn the trucks around so they are fresh, clean, and fully loaded for the next day.

• Stretch & Flex:
  Literally. You clock in and we stretch it out.
• The Heavy Lifting:
  You’ll be unloading window trucks and loading up materials for the next day. Who needs a gym membership when you’re getting paid to workout?
• The Clean Up:
  You’ll help "trash" the install trucks (removing debris) and keep the warehouse looking sharp—vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, and keeping the perimeter clean.
• The details:
  You "inspect what you expect." If a truck looks messy or a material list is wrong, you fix it.

• Free Gear:
  We want you to look the part. We supply the RBA gear you wear every day.
• Free Boots:
  Don’t wreck your own sneakers. We supply your safety toe boots.
• Buddy System:
  You generally work in a 2-person team. You’ll always have a spotter and a partner to help with the heavy stuff.
• Level Up:
  This isn't a dead-end gig. We have a clear path from Level 1 to Level 3 Senior Materials Handler. Show us you can handle the forklift and the inventory systems, and you move up.
