• Shift: Swing Shift (4:00 p.m. – 12:30 a.m.)
• Days:
  Monday–Friday
• Must be able to work the full scheduled shift

• Restroom Cleaning – sanitize and clean all toilets, urinals, sinks, fixtures, partitions, walls & doors; restock supplies; collect trash and replace liners; sweep and mop floor; follow cross contamination procedures.
• Office Cleaning – sweep, mop, vacuum according to schedule.
• Halls and High Traffic area Cleaning – sweep, mop, vacuum according to schedule.
• Entrances and Exits Cleaning – sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean entry doors according to schedule.
• Trash – empty trash in office areas, lunchrooms, coffee areas, restrooms, shower/locker according to schedule.
• Supply Restocking – restock supplies according to schedule.
• Dusting – dust in restrooms, shower/locker areas according to schedule.
• Stairwell Cleaning – sweep, mop, vacuum, and wipe handrails according to schedule.
• Shower Cleaning – clean all shower stalls, damp wipe for dust, restock supplies, mop floors following cross contamination procedures.
• Janitorial Supply Closet/Locker – keep clean and organized.

• Ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties.
• Standing or sitting for several hours at a time, climbing in and out of a vehicle, and up and down stairs may also be required.
• Must have the perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods of time.

• Valid state driver license and ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera’s insurance carrier.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access.
• A background check and E‑Verify will be conducted for this position.
• Access to this federal military installation requires a REALID‑compliant driver's license or an acceptable alternative, such as a U.S. passport or military , in accordance with the REALID Act.
