Sea Mar's network of services includes more than 90 medical, dental, and behavioral health clinics and a wide variety of nutritional, social, and educational services.
- Clean and sanitize patient care areas, offices, restrooms, common areas, floors, furnishings, and equipment to maintain a safe and attractive facility.
- Empty trash, replenish supplies, maintain storage areas, and order housekeeping supplies as needed.
- Perform routine building maintenance, including basic repairs involving plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, and electrical work.
- Conduct regular inspections of facility equipment, lighting, ventilation systems, smoke alarms, exit signs, and safety features; report concerns promptly.
- Maintain outdoor grounds by mowing, trimming, weeding, watering landscaping, and removing snow, debris, and hazards from walkways and parking areas.
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment and coordinate service needs with approved vendors when necessary.
- Follow infection control, biohazard disposal, and workplace safety procedures to protect patients, staff, and visitors.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; experience may be substituted for education.
- Valid driver's license, automobile, and liability insurance required.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and perform basic math calculations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and other physical tasks.
- Annual TB testing required.
- Work is performed both indoors and outdoors and may involve exposure to cleaning chemicals, unsanitary conditions, and varying weather conditions.
Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organization.
Starting Wage: $21.30 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday (Can be edited based on need) Hourly - Hourly Plan, 21.30 USD Hourly
