Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Handyman to join our team. The successful candidate will perform a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities and equipment. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance systems.
• Proficiency in the use of hand and power tools.
• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational training or certification in a related field is a plus.

• Work both indoors and outdoors, sometimes in adverse weather conditions.
• May require bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.

Pay: $15.16 per hour. This position is a seasonal temporary position.

• Conduct basic repairs and maintenance.
• Identify and report any major repair needs to the appropriate personnel.

• Repair or replace defective equipment, fixtures, and hardware.
• Perform carpentry work.
• Paint and refurbish various areas of the facility as needed.

• Develop and implement a preventative maintenance schedule.
• Conduct regular checks and maintenance of building systems, including lighting, heating, cooling, and plumbing.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of maintenance tools and equipment.
• Assist with landscaping and outdoor maintenance tasks as needed.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and materials.

• Applicants must supply their own basic hand tools.
• Applicants must provide their own vehicle (no mileage reimbursement).
