USA Multifamily Management, Inc. is seeking a Porter for our 264-unit family community in Lancaster, CA. The Porter reports to the Community Manager and works Monday–Friday with possible overtime and weekends. Starting pay is $22–$23 per hour with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
The Porter cleans and maintains the property exterior and assists staff to keep the site safe and attractive, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent resident service.
