Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an energetic and hardworking individual to join our team as a Maintenance Manager at our storage facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for weekly checks at the facility, cleaning out units to be prepared for renting, over locking delinquent units, doing minor handyman work (painting, small repairs, minor electrical), doing some heavy lifting as needed, and more. We require strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude.

Maintenance Managers will be required to perform physical labor as part of weekly needs.

• Perform weekly checks at the facility.
• Clean out units to be prepared for renting.
• Overlock delinquent units.
• Do minor handyman work (painting, small repairs, minor electrical).
• Perform heavy lifting as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Job Type: Part-time
• Salary: $20.00 per hour

  Choose your own hours; mornings, nights and weekends; available within 1-2 days' notice

• Estimated workload: 2-4 hours per week (roughly 8-15 hours per month)
• Ability to commute to Lancaster/Carroll, OH or relocate before starting work
