Groundskeeper - Lancaster Area

We are looking for a Community Service Technician to maintain the grounds and exterior of our building in Lancaster, OH.

• Maintain a visually appealing outdoor space and a high level of curb appeal.
• Maintain the grounds and exterior of the building, including parking lots and amenities.
• Physically walk the property frequently and remove litter and other debris.
• Maintain safe conditions and strong curb appeal throughout the property.
• Deliver the highest level of service to residents and guests.
• Help optimize the life and value of the community's physical assets.

• At least two (2) years of experience as a groundskeeper, landscaper or a related role.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and motor vehicle insurance.
• Safety‑conscious in all aspects of the job.
• Professional communicator.
