Clean Team Inc. is hiring a dependable Part-Time Day Porter in Ashville, Ohio 43103.

If you're looking for steady part-time income without giving up your afternoons, evenings, or weekends, this schedule is tough to beat.

You'll work Monday through Thursday from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM
, giving you approximately 20 hours each week — and every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off.

This position is a great opportunity for someone looking for extra income, a consistent morning schedule, or part-time work that leaves plenty of the day available for other responsibilities.

Previous commercial cleaning experience is helpful, but it is not required.
Clean Team provides paid training for the right candidate.

As a Day Porter with Clean Team, you'll help keep our customer's facility clean, safe, organized, and presentable throughout the morning. Your responsibilities may include:

• Cleaning and maintaining assigned areas throughout the facility
• Monitoring common and high-traffic areas during your shift
• Dusting furniture, fixtures, equipment, and other surfaces
• Sweeping and mopping hard-surface floors
• Vacuuming carpets and rugs
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
• Emptying trash and recycling containers
• Restocking soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and other facility supplies
• Responding to spills and cleaning needs as they arise
• Keeping cleaning equipment and supply areas clean and organized
• Following established cleaning procedures and company safety guidelines
• Reporting low supplies or maintenance concerns to your supervisor
• Maintaining a professional presence while working around employees, customers, and visitors

Successful candidates should be:

• Dependable and punctual
• Available consistently Monday–Thursday from 6:00 AM–11:00 AM
• Comfortable starting work early in the morning
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions
• Professional and courteous
• Able to work independently
• Able to communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and customers
• Willing to learn and follow Clean Team cleaning and safety procedures

Candidates should be able to:

• Stand and walk throughout the shift
• Bend, reach, push, and pull while performing cleaning duties
• Lift, push, or pull up to 20 pounds as needed
• Perform routine commercial cleaning duties for the duration of the shift

Additional pre-employment or customer‑specific requirements may apply depending on the facility.
