• This Field Service Technician role is based at a dedicated site in a regulated laboratory environment. Located in West Point, PA.
• You’ll work consistently in one location, building familiarity with the equipment, systems, and day‑to‑day operations—rather than rotating between sites.
• Lift, carry, and move equipment weighing 50–100 lbs while standing and walking for most of the day.

• Perform testing, certification, calibration, and repairs across different lab environments with a strong focus on quality.
• Work directly with clients to understand their needs, communicate clearly, and make sure the job is done right.
• Build strong relationships and be the main point of contact for customers on site.
• Complete reports and required paperwork on time to keep projects on track and clients updated.

• Earn $20.00–$27.50 an hour, based on your experience and skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree is a plus).
• Background in customer service and some mechanical or electrical experience.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to learn new technical work.
• Good communication, basic math skills, and comfort using Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently, manage your time, and travel (including some overnights).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
