$1,500 sign‑on bonus included— paid $750 after 60 days and $750 after six months of successful employment.
Your Day‑to‑Day Environment- This Field Service Technician role is based at a dedicated site in a regulated laboratory environment. Located in West Point, PA.
- You’ll work consistently in one location, building familiarity with the equipment, systems, and day‑to‑day operations—rather than rotating between sites.
- Lift, carry, and move equipment weighing 50–100 lbs while standing and walking for most of the day.
- Perform testing, certification, calibration, and repairs across different lab environments with a strong focus on quality.
- Work directly with clients to understand their needs, communicate clearly, and make sure the job is done right.
- Build strong relationships and be the main point of contact for customers on site.
- Complete reports and required paperwork on time to keep projects on track and clients updated.
- Earn $20.00–$27.50 an hour, based on your experience and skills.

- High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree is a plus).
- Background in customer service and some mechanical or electrical experience.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to learn new technical work.
- Good communication, basic math skills, and comfort using Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently, manage your time, and travel (including some overnights).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
