Job Summary

Provides specialized cleaning duties focused on disinfection of ambulatory healthcare facilities, including restrooms, patient areas, exam rooms, procedure rooms, and specialty areas.

Full‑time schedule:
Monday‑Friday evenings, and every other Sunday. Hours may vary. Further details upon interview.

Fixed pay rate of $15.00 per hour.

• Disinfect surfaces with provided chemicals.
• Dust and polish furniture and fittings, vents, window sills, and ledges.
• Cleans reception glass and entrance windows.
• Moves chairs/stools, waste/linen/biohazardous bins, small equipment on wheels, scales, and other items for proper cleaning. Realigns items according to recommended layout.
• Clean floors via sweeping, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming. Perform carpet spot cleaning and upholstery spot cleaning.
• Collect and dispose of general trash and biohazardous waste. Perform routine cleaning on general trash and biohazardous waste containers.
• Replenish soap, sanitizer, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and other items.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and storage areas in clean and orderly condition.
• Work with alarm systems to arm and disarm.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
