Retail Display Technician – Mobile

We are looking for a hands‑on problem solver who can handle flexible, project‑based work across major retail environments such as Best Buy, Walmart, and Target.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot electronic displays, security systems, and related components.
• Conduct break/fix projects for retail displays, security systems, and electronic components.
• Merchandise products according to specifications and display guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation of installation procedures, configurations, and issue resolutions using company‑approved platforms or tools.
• Support configuration and troubleshooting of proprietary security systems, ensuring adherence to protocols and industry standards.
• Collaborate with team members to install sensors, touch screens, interactive displays, TVs, alarms, access control systems, and related components.
• Participate in merchandising activities, including product placement, inventory management, and ensuring visual appeal.
• Provide on‑site technical support during store openings, renovations, refreshes, and special events.
• Transport, set up, and manage tools, materials, and equipment needed for projects.
• Travel independently to assigned locations using personal or rental transportation, adhering to mileage reimbursement and safety guidelines.

• Comfortable working in a collaborative environment and following safety guidelines and company protocols.
• Ability to adjust quickly to shifting client needs and troubleshoot unexpected issues on‑site.
• Proficiency with mobile apps and digital tools for assignment acceptance, work tracking, and documentation submission.
• Valid driver’s license, ability to pass an MVR check, and auto insurance meeting T‑ROC minimum coverage requirements.
• Physical capability to perform standing, pulling, pushing, kneeling, bending, stretching, and lifting 50lbs or more as needed, with repetitive wrist and hand movements.

Pay Range: $7.25–$7.25 per hour.
