• Lawn Maintenance
• Boarding
• Lock Changes & Lock Boxes
• Minor Repairs
• Major Repairs
• Eviction Services
• Roof Repair, Replacement & Tarps
• Winterization
• Prepare Bids & Reports
• Inspections
• Rehab (GC work if you have a license)
• Additional items as assigned
