Job DescriptionWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Manager Level 1 to oversee cleaning operations in various commercial locations within Lancaster, DeSoto, and Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising cleaning staff, ensuring cleaning standards are met, and maintaining client satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities
- Train and guide janitorial staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Ensure quality standards are maintained
- Manage supplies and equipment inventory
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Report any issues or concerns to upper management
- Follow safety and health regulations
- Prior experience in janitorial or cleaning services preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to cover multiple locations
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
