Responsibilities- Modify and maintain autonomous vehicle platforms.
- Inspect and certify the operational state of vehicles.
- Work closely with design and validation engineers to support the development of hardware systems.
- Execute scheduled work according to uptime expectations.
- Create and maintain vehicle maintenance documentation to scale fleet growth.
- Complete assigned tasks while maintaining quality and standards.
- Help evaluate and maintain work instruction accuracy.
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment.
- Solid hands‑on background for inspecting and identifying defects within a fleet.
- Reliability and consistency, ability to use checklists, protocols, and work documentation.
- Self‑motivation and drive, with a commitment to process integrity.
- Experience with electrical tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, specialized wire crimpers, and diagnostic software for truck electronics.
- Clear communication skills and willingness to provide feedback and collaborate.
- Innovative mindset that seeks ways to improve systems and solve problems.
- Flexibility for additional work days beyond Tuesday through Saturday and occasional short‑term travel to remote locations.
- Car enthusiasts passionate about technology and vehicle‑automation integration.
