• Modify and maintain autonomous vehicle platforms.
• Inspect and certify the operational state of vehicles.
• Work closely with design and validation engineers to support the development of hardware systems.
• Execute scheduled work according to uptime expectations.
• Create and maintain vehicle maintenance documentation to scale fleet growth.
• Complete assigned tasks while maintaining quality and standards.
• Help evaluate and maintain work instruction accuracy.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment.

• Solid hands‑on background for inspecting and identifying defects within a fleet.
• Reliability and consistency, ability to use checklists, protocols, and work documentation.
• Self‑motivation and drive, with a commitment to process integrity.
• Experience with electrical tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, specialized wire crimpers, and diagnostic software for truck electronics.
• Clear communication skills and willingness to provide feedback and collaborate.

• Flexibility for additional work days beyond Tuesday through Saturday and occasional short‑term travel to remote locations.
