Specialty Building Products is seeking a skilled maintenance technician at our Lancaster, TX facility to perform preventative and routine maintenance on our industrial equipment. The role requires hands-on upkeep, reliable troubleshooting, and adherence to SOPs.
You will use CMMS to log work orders, maintain inventory, and support safety procedures including monthly fire extinguisher checks. Forklift operation and basic janitorial tasks are also part of the job.
