This opportunity for a Janitorial and Facilities Assistant offers the chance to support daily facility operations, perform hands‑on maintenance tasks, and make a direct impact on workplace safety, organization, and productivity.

• 1‑3 years of experience in janitorial, custodial, facilities maintenance, warehouse support, or a related role preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience performing basic repairs, facility upkeep, cleaning procedures, and equipment maintenance is preferred.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices, OSHA guidelines, and warehouse safety standards preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance equipment.
• Forklift certification or forklift operating experience required or preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify safety concerns and facility improvement opportunities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office applications.
• Reliable, safety‑focused, and proactive with strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to regularly lift to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with exposure to noise, dust, temperature changes, equipment traffic, and varying working conditions.
