POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the direct supervision of the Facilities Manager, continuous cleaning of casino and procedural integrity. Attendants mush be self-motivated and have the ability to identify property cleaning needs and report repairs or damage to Manager. Must act upon the cleaning needs of the facility when unsupervised.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for cleaning all slot machines, floors, windows, walls and doors.

Responsible for vacuuming all floors

Cleaning, disinfecting and restocking all restrooms

Mopping floors, restrooms, and entrance

Responsible for removing all trash and debris from machines, floors, and trash cans.

Trash and debris to be deposited in the outside dumpsters.

Ensure the safety and security of customers and team members.

Comply with Tribal/State Compact, Tribal Gaming Ordinance, Tribal Internal Control System, Tribal Regulations, and all applicable Federal and State laws.

Other duties assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to read, follow instructions, and understand visual aids.

Ability to use vacuum cleaner, ladders, and shop vacuum.

Knowledge of safety guidelines

Answer all calls promptly, maintain politeness and pay attention to the needs of customers at all times.

Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position operates in a casino environment, which includes exposure to noise, crowds and secondhand smoke.

Fast-paced environment requires constant attention to guest service and team coordination.

Varying work schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays depending on operational needs.

Must maintain a professional appearance and demeaner in compliance with the company policies and guest service standards.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Employees are regularly required to talk, hear, listen and follow directives.

Employees may stand, walk or sit for extended periods of time, may be required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Employees are repeatedly required to reach with hands and arms and use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, controls or office equipment.

The noise level is usually moderate increasing to loud when on the casino floor.

The employee may be required to lift up to 30-50 lbs by self.

Employee must be able to operate equipment or execute job in mentally and physically stressful situations.
