- Western educated, trained and experienced  Registered Nurse- with valid professional registration and license from country of origin;
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent Nursing Degree not less than 3 years study duration from accredited program;
- Master´s Degree or Post Graduate Degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Management, Healthcare Management, Administration or related field- preferred;
- Post graduate degree or Post Specialist training program - preferred; Nursing Specialty Certification-preferred;
- Minimum 6 years of overall clinical nursing experience ( post graduation) in a hospital or relevant healthcare setting, whereas currently working as a Unit Manager, or Senior Charge Nurse  ( for at least 2 years) or as a Charge Nurse –for no less than 3 years in own area of specialty;
- Current- BLS and ACLS certificates;
- Current PALS certification preferred;

Skills Needed: The successful candidate Registered Midwife - RM and L&D RN should match the following requirements:

1. Western educated, trained and experienced Registered Midwife, respectively Registered Nurse with valid professional license from the country of origin;
2. Bachelor of Science in Midwifery or Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a post graduate certification in Midwifery; Bachelor of Science in Nursing or a Nursing Degree of at least 3 years;
3. Minimum 3-5 years of current Midwifery experience - ante-natal, L& D and post-natal experience in a Hospital; minimum 3-5 years of L&D Nursing experience in a hospital;
4. Current- BLS and ACLS  certification;
5. .Post graduate degree or Post Specialist training program in Midwifery respectively in L&D- an advantage;

- Post Specialist training program in Pediatric Critical Care Nursing- advantage;
- At least 3-5 years of post-graduate clinical nursing experience as a Pediatric Critical Care RN in a hospital or  relevant

- Current PALS certification preferred;

-Master’s Degree in Nursing and/or Advanced Clinical Specialty -Advanced Clinical Nurse Specialist, CNS/Clinical Nurse Specialist, Neonatal Nurse Practitioner – advantage;
-At least 3- 5 years of current experience as a Nurse Manager – NICU/Neonatal Intensive Care Unit  or in another similar Leadership/Management Nursing Role- Senior Charge Nurse, Head Nurse, Nurse Leader, Charge Nurse-NICU;
-Current- BLS and/or ACLS certification; Current NRP, PALS- preferred;
-Great communication and interpersonal skills, organizational and leadership skills, critical thinking and problem solving skills, nursing and administrative Skills; Empathy, Compassion, Flexibility, Patience, Attention to detail, Energetic, Quick timely response, Respect and Ability to cope to different situations are only some of the qualities that the Head Nurse/Nurse Manager- Neonatal Intensive Care Unit needs to possess;

- Post graduate degree or Post Specialist training program in Neonatal Critical Care Nursing- an advantage;
- At least 3 years of current Neonatal Critical Care Nursing experience in a hospital or relevant healthcare setting;
- Current- BLS and ACLS certificates;
- Training  in Neonatal Advanced Life Support;  NRP certification;
- Arabic language- an advantage;

-Certified Critical Care RN- Critical Care Nursing certification – advantage;
- Post graduate degree or Post Specialist training program in Critical Care Nursing- an advantage;
-Arabic Language-an advantage;
