We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician toensure our facilities are well-maintained, safe, and welcoming.

This Position is fulltime, Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm andone weekend a month.

Key Responsibilities:
  • - Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment
  • - Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents andstaff, ensuring timely resolution
  • - Conduct repairs and troubleshooting of appliances, fixtures,and structural elements
  • - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory of supplies
  • - Assist with safety inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • - Support the setup and breakdown of community eventsandactivities as needed
  • - Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

Qualifications:

  • - Proven experience in maintenance, facilities management, or arelated field
  • - Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repair techniques
  • - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
  • - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • - Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude
  • - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • - Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting,bending, and standing for extended periods
  • - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
