Gardant is seeking a compassionate caregiver to deliver individualized care to residents in accordance with each care plan, and to assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.
You will report changes in resident health status to the clinical team, engage with residents and families, and participate in ongoing learning through seminars and staff meetings. Confidentiality and privacy are essential, and other duties may be assigned as needed.
