Clean, dry, and sanitize flats; tag flats for return to farms;
Load piles of dirty flats onto the washer track and monitor auto-loading;
Oversee the washer and spin dryer to prevent jams and ensure smooth flow of flats;
Remove stacks of clean, dry flats from conveyors and place on skids;
Maintain general housekeeping and follow GMPs for food safety
