• Provide visionary leadership through biblical preaching, direction, and administrative guidance as the primary leadership figure at Cornerstone Church.
• Lead with clear direction and goal-setting, emphasizing relevance and practicality in biblical teaching.
• Equip and empower volunteer leaders for church growth; embody a balanced approach as both a doer and an equipper to align ministry efforts with the mission of cultivating disciple-makers.
• Prioritize small groups for fellowship and spiritual growth and support connect hour classes to deepen biblical understanding.
• Help create worship experiences that draw people closer to God, inspire spiritual growth, and foster authentic faith living.
• Invest in the excellence of the children’s ministry and celebrate the multi-ethnic congregation.
• Uphold the church’s vision, mission, and values with purpose and devotion.

• Proficiency in technical tools such as Google products, Amplify, and Pro Presenter to enhance communication and worship experiences.
• Strong leadership with the ability to lead a diverse congregation and guide a team of volunteers.
• Commitment to discipling individuals and empowering them to become disciple-makers.

Base Salary: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00
