Quality Compliance Specialist

We're seeking a Quality Compliance Specialist who enjoys working with cross-functional teams to strengthen quality programs, support compliance initiatives, and drive continuous improvement.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Serve as a key resource for the company's Quality Management System, ensuring processes remain effective, compliant, and continuously improving.
  • Coordinate and lead internal, supplier, customer, and third-party audits while tracking findings through resolution.
  • Maintain quality documentation, standard operating procedures, and document control practices.
  • Partner with Operations, Purchasing, and other departments to improve supplier quality and overall manufacturing performance.
  • Support core quality activities including calibration programs, measurement system analysis (MSA/GR&R), APQP, PPAP, and FMEA initiatives.
  • Prepare customer compliance documentation, quality metrics, and other reports used to monitor performance.
  • Provide guidance and training to employees on quality standards, auditing practices, and compliance expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce risk, and strengthen quality performance across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a science or related technical discipline.
  • Two or more years of experience supporting quality systems or compliance within a manufacturing environment.
  • Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar quality standards is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Ability to work safely in an industrial manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE and lifting up to 25 pounds when needed.
