Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid up to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Meat / Produce associates keep the Fresh area fully stocked, rotate product, and maintain proper food safety standards. After moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor, they ensure Fresh displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
