The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Automotive Sales Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast‑paced industry. Located at River Oaks Chrysler Jeep Dodge, the Sales Consultant is the face of the dealership and helps ensure a positive customer experience.

- Assist customers when they enter the dealership, answer questions, and help them select a vehicle that meets their needs.
- Provide timely follow‑up and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Explain product performance, application, benefits, and optional equipment. Determine each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
- Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand the vehicle’s features, warranty, and paperwork.
- Stay informed about incoming inventory, features, accessories, and benefits to customers.
- Introduce customers to service department personnel to highlight quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- 2+ years of automotive sales experience.
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Bi‑lingual is a plus.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
- Prior proven customer‑service or retail sales experience.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen per local law/regulations.
- 18+ years of age to comply with company driving policy.
