Overview

Part Time Cleaning staff position(s) available in the Lansing and Greater Lansing areas. Immediate opening(s) may be available. For all positions, you must have a valid MI driver 's license, own a vehicle, pass a background check, and be dependable. Use of a company car is provided to qualified candidates with a valid Michigan driver 's license.

1 Evening Position - Part Time 5:30pm-1:30am Mon/Wed/Fri

• Shouldering a backpack vacuum
• Emptying trash receptacles
• Mopping
• Cleaning bathrooms, countertops, and surfaces
• Dusting
• Detailing entry ways, work spaces and common areas
• Spot cleaning glass windows/structures
• Vacuuming, bathroom duties, trash receptacles
• Other janitorial duties as requested by management

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to pass criminal background check (No felony convictions, no drug-related or violent misdemeanor convictions)
• Reliable transportation; must own a vehicle to travel to job sites
• Ability to bend, lift, pull, push and/or carry objects up to 50 pounds; ability to use stairs/elevators
