LR Management is looking for a dependable and hard‑working individual with previous apartment community experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be a team player, have a positive attitude along with being self‑motivated and self‑directed.
The Groundskeeper is a key part of our maintenance team who plays a large role in keeping resident satisfaction high by ensuring the grounds and common areas of the community are clean and inviting. The Groundskeeper also assists the maintenance team with assigned tasks, including light maintenance or cleaning of common areas.

- Ensuring the physical aspects of the community are maintained and standards are met. The areas of responsibility include the grounds, amenities, and overall curb appeal
- Providing support to LR Management service team members
- Inspecting the exterior of the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet waste
- Ensuring all interior common areas and amenities of the property are neat and free of litter at all times
- Removing trash and remaining items from vacant apartments and dispose of the items properly, whether in the dumpster or storage area prior to Maintenance Technicians beginning the make‑ready process.
- Cleaning and maintaining storage areas
- Light exterior painting
- Completing assigned minor and routine service requests assigned by the Service Supervisor and/or Community Manager
- Assisting the make‑ready specialist in the turn process.
- Changing all locks in accordance with the property's policy and ensuring gates to all pool areas are working according to codes and safety standards Distributes notices and communications to residents as necessary
- High school diploma or GED
- The ability to carry up to 40 pounds
