Facilities Building Worker

Job Overview

As a Facilities Building Worker you will perform regularly scheduled cleaning duties in areas such as bathrooms, halls, stairways, lobbies, dining rooms, student rooms, study lounges, offices, and inside and outside entrance ways.
Starting pay is $14.73/hr.

• Moping, vacuuming, and sweeping floors
• Cleaning bathrooms and showers
• Washing windows, tracks, and blinds
• Painting student rooms and bathrooms
• Setting up and tearing down furniture
• Setting up and tearing down conference equipment
• Parking, loading, and unloading
• Turning in lost and found items to supervisor
• Emptying garbage and recycling
• Cleaning entry areas of buildings
• Reporting issues to supervisors
• Cleaning equipment and restocking supplies at end of work period

• Demonstrated commitment to outstanding customer service
• Must be able to complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision
• Must be positive and respectful, especially when working with a diverse population

8:30 am–5 pm availability with nights and weekend possible.
