Maintenance - Semi-Skilled

Clarenceville School District is seeking a maintenance professional for the  school year. The position involves general school building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, doors and door locks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate aptitude and competence in making general maintenance repairs, possess positive communication skills, and have a good work attitude. The role also requires the ability to work in a team and independently, be on call for emergency repairs and snow removal, and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities include serving as a customer service representative for the district in dealing with school building repairs, maintaining equipment and tools in a clean, safe and inventoried condition, and supporting other maintenance staff in completing repairs and projects. The position is for 40 hours per week with a salary range of $20.75-$23.17 per hour, per the support personnel agreement.
