Utility Worker

Creative Dining Services at Auto Owners South in Lansing is seeking a utility worker. This is a full-time role designed to support the smooth and efficient operation of our business services environment without the need for night or weekend shifts. The primary goal of this role is to provide essential assistance in maintaining facility cleanliness, organization, and general upkeep to ensure a safe and welcoming workplace for all employees and visitors.

This position plays a critical role in supporting various departments by handling routine maintenance tasks, managing supplies, and assisting with logistical needs. Minimum qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal to maintain a clean and orderly environment.

• Manage inventory and restock supplies such as paper products, cleaning materials, and office essentials.
