Electro-Mechanical Technician – Lansing (2nd Shift)Pay $28-33 per hour with shift differentials and performance-based bonuses.
Primary Responsibilities
- Approach all tasks with a safety-first mindset, ensuring the well-being of yourself and your team.
- Enhance system performance and minimize downtime through effective maintenance activities.
- Engage in a wide range of electrical and mechanical tasks with minimal supervision.
- Assist the production team with basic fault correction, coaching, and troubleshooting.
- Aid in the installation of new components or the refurbishment of existing system components.
- Drive continuous improvement activities through comprehensive system knowledge and site-specific enhancements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in industrial technology or related field preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in a relevant electrical and/or mechanical role (5+ years preferred).
- Strong skills in electrical (3‑Phase, 480V, DC, and 24V controls) and mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with electromatics/mechanics in drive technology (motors/gears).
- Knowledge of control technology (PLC/controls/inverters).
- Understanding of wiring diagrams and electrical measuring techniques.
- Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and proprietary monitoring programs.
- Experience maintaining material‑handling systems in a light industry or distribution center preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Continuous walking, climbing, squatting, kneeling, and standing.
- Working at heights up to 80‑100 feet while wearing fall‑arrest gear and PPE.
- Lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 50 lbs. unassisted.

Machine Operator – LansingPrimary Responsibilities
- Manage the operation and fault correction of state‑of‑the‑art automated material handling equipment.
- Use problem‑solving skills to address and correct system material flow issues.
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical, and computer system issues, escalating when necessary.

- 1–2 years in a warehouse environment preferred, not required.

- Basic understanding of mechanical operations.
- Clear and effective spoken communication skills.
