Pay $28-33 per hour with shift differentials and performance-based bonuses.

Primary Responsibilities

• Approach all tasks with a safety-first mindset, ensuring the well-being of yourself and your team.
• Enhance system performance and minimize downtime through effective maintenance activities.
• Engage in a wide range of electrical and mechanical tasks with minimal supervision.
• Assist the production team with basic fault correction, coaching, and troubleshooting.
• Aid in the installation of new components or the refurbishment of existing system components.
• Drive continuous improvement activities through comprehensive system knowledge and site-specific enhancements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in industrial technology or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a relevant electrical and/or mechanical role (5+ years preferred).
• Strong skills in electrical (3‑Phase, 480V, DC, and 24V controls) and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with electromatics/mechanics in drive technology (motors/gears).
• Knowledge of control technology (PLC/controls/inverters).
• Understanding of wiring diagrams and electrical measuring techniques.
• Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and proprietary monitoring programs.
• Experience maintaining material‑handling systems in a light industry or distribution center preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Continuous walking, climbing, squatting, kneeling, and standing.
• Working at heights up to 80‑100 feet while wearing fall‑arrest gear and PPE.
• Lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 50 lbs. unassisted.

• 1–2 years in a warehouse environment preferred, not required.

• Strong problem‑solving skills and an understanding of root causes.
• Basic understanding of mechanical operations.
• Clear and effective spoken communication skills.
• Ability to continuously walk, climb, and stand, and lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working at heights of 80‑100 feet.
