Here at Clean Team Inc. we strive to provide our Clean Team Associates with in-depth training, employee rewards and opportunities for advancement. We currently have immediate part‑time positions available to help us keep growing, for Cleaning Associates in the Lansing area, Part time Evenings. This schedule is Sunday‑Thursday 12am‑6am with possibly 2 Fridays a month. If you are dedicated and ambitious, Clean Team is an excellent place to grow your career.

• Empty trash and recycling receptacles into appropriate waste bins and ensure receptacles are kept clean and free of smells.
• Vacuum all carpeted areas and spot‑clean when it is necessary.
• Sweep, mop and polish floors using appropriate cleaning supplies.
• Clean and dust furniture, ledges, light fixtures, and other hard‑to‑reach places.
• Wash windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces, making sure they are free of streaks.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, ensure soap and paper‑towel dispensers are well stocked, and make sure they are locked if they have a key.
• Take inventory of cleaning supplies and materials, and inform your supervisor of the need to order more when necessary.
• Inform the Area Manager of anything that is broken or not functioning properly so that the issue is resolved promptly.

• Capable of following instructions and learning new techniques.
• Strong time‑management skills to ensure all work is completed by the end of the shift.
• Demonstrate and understand standard cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Self‑starter who takes initiative to determine and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds for short periods of time.
• Possess a strong attention to detail.
• Must be 18+ years old, possess a valid driver’s license, have reliable transportation, and proof of car insurance.
