2nd Shift

Objective

The position objective of a warehouse person is to be the face of Mac Allister CAT to those customers needing parts for their equipment. The successful candidate would process parts orders in a timely manner to provide quality and speedy service.

Responsibilities

With direction and supervision, you will:

* Pick and pack orders

* Manage stocks/inventory

* Receive and inspect remanufactured parts

* Accept and process any parts returns

* Managing the shipping and receiving, including the planning of routes of shipment

* Advise customers on products, any updates, and any policies, procedures and programs as necessary

* Operate warehouse equipment (hose machine, forklifts)

* Maintain a clean working area as per Mac Allister CAT policies

Qualifications

To be considered for this position you should have:

* Minimum completion of High School Diploma

* Previous experience of 1-2 years working in a parts/stocks department within a retail organization

* Strong customer support and communication skills to work face to face with customers and internal staff

* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

* Ability to navigate stock management software

Nice to have:

* Previous experience utilizing supply chain management software to manage inventory and track orders

* Formal training/certification in operation of forklift
