Job DescriptionSohn Linen is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Lansing, MI as a Preventative Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our equipment and facilities are operating at optimal levels to prevent any potential issues and maintain a smooth workflow.
CompensationThis will be an hourly position with pay based on experience. Increase occurs once fully trained to work on equipment independently.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns
- Troubleshoot issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
- Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and address maintenance needs in a timely manner
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Available during shift times of 3pm-11:30pm

Qualifications- Experience in preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial equipment (1-3 years) is a plus but not required
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
