Overview
Shafer Redi-Mix, Inc is looking for a full-time hard-working, enthusiastic, and reliable yardman to help maintain our Lansing plant.
Responsibilities- Maintain aggregate stockpile area.
- Conduct scheduled maintenance program on plant equipment.
- Maintain communication with Dispatch regarding needs or problems relating to plant.
- Train to operate front-end loader.
- Other duties as assigned.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted. Must be able to climb excessive heights. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must have a clean/valid Driver's License.
Education and/or ExperienceHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) or one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
