• Troubleshooting and repairing equipment issues
• Working on electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Performing preventative and predictive maintenance
• Reading schematics, diagrams, and parts breakdowns
• Fabricating and welding equipment when needed
• Using hand tools and diagnostic equipment to get the job done right

• Mechanically inclined
• Comfortable troubleshooting equipment issues
• Experienced with electrical or mechanical repairs
• Ready to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Dependable, motivated, and eager to learn
• Automotive manufacturing experience is a bonus!

Preferred Qualifications Associate’s Degree in a technical field preferred Relevant hands‑on experience may substitute for education Currently pursuing a related degree? We’ll consider that too.
