Maintenance Technician
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, utilities, and facility systems, including PLCs, instrumentation, mechanical components, HVAC, boilers, and cooling towers. Conduct chemical testing and monitor operating systems to maintain proper performance, safety, and regulatory compliance. Troubleshoot equipment failures, respond to emergency maintenance needs, and support 24/7 automated process monitoring. Complete PMs, work orders, inspections, and repairs to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.
Manage maintenance supplies and chemical inventories, including ordering, receiving, and vendor coordination. Identify safety risks, recommend equipment improvements, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with production and maintenance leadership to prioritize maintenance activities and support operational goals. Provide training and technical guidance to technicians and operators as needed while maintaining a strong commitment to workplace safety.

5-7 years of hands-on manufacturing maintenance experience

You will work in a 500,000 sq ft automated distribution center in Lansing, handling dry groceries, perishables, and cold storage. The available shifts are from 2:30pm-10:30pm (2nd shift) or 10:30pm-6:30am (3rd shift).
This is a Permanent position based out of Lansing, MI.
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
