Acadia Healthcare - - Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repair to facility and equipment including plumbing, carpentry, painting and mechanical equipment repair;
Inspect and maintain emergency power equipment and fire alarm system; test and inspect extinguishers, lighting, plumbing, and furniture as needed;
Operate hand and power tools safely and follow preventive maintenance schedules;
Serve as back-up for on-call emergencies and respond promptly to incidents;
Perform other tasks as assigned
