Responsibilities- Inspect trailers and identify all necessary repairs and maintenance requirements.
- Complete trailer repairs in a timely and professional manner.
- Accurately document repair details and enter information into company computer systems.
- Communicate repair needs and status updates to shop personnel and service providers as required.
- Follow the company tire maintenance program and identify tire-related and other trailer repair opportunities.
- Adhere to all TIA (Tire Industry Association) safety standards and regulations to ensure the safety of associates and drivers.
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving issues for drivers and customers.
- Follow all established company procedures, policies, and protocols.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management.
- Share best practices and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office, Windows, and related software.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
- Minimum of one year of stable employment and/or educational experience.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to stoop, bend, kneel, crawl, and work underneath equipment.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication, teamwork, dependability, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze information, identify issues, and make sound decisions.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow company procedures and safety guidelines.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- TIA Certifications are preferred.
- Previous trailer maintenance or tire service experience is preferred.
- Competitive Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
