We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Tech II to join our team at Casa Verde. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks related to apartment unit work orders, make‑ready preparations, painting, grounds upkeep, appliance diagnostics, and general apartment maintenance. This role requires a proactive individual with strong janitorial skills and the ability to work weekends and be on call as needed.

• Prepare apartment units for new residents (make ready), including cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.
• Perform routine painting and touch‑ups throughout the property.
• Maintain grounds to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Diagnose and repair appliance issues within apartment units.
• Conduct general apartment maintenance tasks to uphold property standards.
• Perform general janitorial duties as needed to maintain cleanliness.
• Work weekends and be available for on‑call maintenance support.
• Assist sister sites with maintenance tasks when required.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and improve existing ones.

• Experience with apartment unit work orders and make‑ready processes.
• Proficient in painting and grounds maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose and repair common appliance issues.
• Strong general janitorial and apartment maintenance skills.
• Ability to work weekends and be on call.
