• Conduct inspections, troubleshoot, and repair dry van and flatbed semi-truck and trailer bodies, systems, and components.
• Perform preventative maintenance, including preventative, warrantable, and accident‑related repairs.
• Inspect suspension, wheel‑end, braking, and structural components to meet company and DOT specifications.
• Test equipment for performance issues.
• Demonstrate self‑motivation, punctuality, and eagerness to learn.

• Two years of verifiable experience is preferred but not required.
• Must have the necessary tools applicable to the repairs listed in the job description.
• Main air tools will be provided.
• Maintain productivity levels at 85% or above and efficiency at 95% or above.

Due to the collaborative nature of the work environment, the spontaneous need for idea generation and execution, and the potential for expedited remediations, responses, or information gathering, in‑person, in‑office attendance is an essential function of this position.
