Job Summary
This is moderately heavy manual work that includes routine housekeeping and domestic tasks across various buildings. Primary responsibilities involve using proper tools and methods to clean and maintain buildings and equipment. Work is performed under the supervision of a Foreman. Salary: $16.94 per hour. Closing:
Continuous.

- Management: effectively manages assignments and priorities to fulfill projects; follows procedures to ensure risk management, employee safety, and risk avoidance.
- Technical: scrub, mop, wax, and polish floors; vacuum, shampoo, and spot‑clean carpets; sweep and clean sidewalks, porches, and front entrances; change trash containers and dispose waste; wash windows and woodwork; clean tables, furniture; disinfect restrooms and fixtures; dust shelves, walls, blinds, fans, and light fixtures; replace light bulbs; perform minor repairs; spray for bugs; move office furniture as directed; pick up debris;
assist loading/unloading equipment; assist rigging stage equipment and props; assist floor plan set‑ups and take‑downs for events; operate room dividers and adjust seating. - Team

As a condition of employment, employees must work during declared or undeclared emergencies. Employees may be recalled around the clock for emergency response, including irregular hours and duties outside the official description.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS- Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED. Entry level with 6‑month probation period; 6 months related experience preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License may be required for specific custodial assignments.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of materials, chemicals, methods, and equipment used in janitorial work.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English; understand Safety Data Sheets.
- Ability to learn custodial duties and follow instructions.
- Ability to make minor repairs and adjustments to equipment.
- Ability to perform heavy manual routine custodial tasks.
- Ability to work on ladders and off the ground.
Work Environment: 80% inside climate‑controlled building; 20% outside, including driving.
Physical Requirements:
sitting ~30 minutes, standing or walking ~7.5 hours; frequent bending, lifting up to 50 lbs (occasionally >50 lbs). Sensory: hearing, speaking, seeing as described. Technology: operate phone, smartphone, computer, calculator. Machines: buffers, auto scrubbers, carpet cleaner, vacuums, heavy‑duty cleaning machines.
