Preference may be granted to candidates with a demonstrated history of leadership within a large educational maintenance organization including diverse experience in maintenance and construction operations. Also desire candidates possessing a broad background in communications including written, oral and electronic format, including a proven proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
