Lake Seminole Square is recruiting for a hospitality focused Painter / Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team! With the support and collaboration of the maintenance team, this role is responsible for painting and the overall maintenance of the community building, working closely with a supportive and collaborative team.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Should possess 1-2 years of maintenance experience as a painter /maintenance in a residential complex, commercial building construction or maintenance.
Many roles in the community may require that we ask about your vaccination status. This could include MMR, chicken pox, hepatitis, flu and COVID-19 vaccine status.
