Coastal Waste and Recycling is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Administrator to support our operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.

The Maintenance Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of a waste management facility. This position involves coordinating and overseeing maintenance activities to support the functionality and reliability of equipment and vehicles.

Coordinate maintenance schedules and track work orders

Assist with inventory management for maintenance supplies and equipment

Communicate with technicians and management to prioritize maintenance tasks

Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance and reporting

Support the overall efficiency of the maintenance department

What We’re Looking For:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Previous experience in a maintenance or administrative role, preferably within the waste management or logistics industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in computer software and maintenance management systems

Ability to work independently and as part of a team Shifts may vary, 40+ hours per week (overtime available)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively

Preferred:
Bilingual (Spanish or Creole)
