Must Have The Following In Order To Apply
- No minimum education or experience requirement
- Ability to work independently while communication with leadership
- Skilled at troubleshooting and solving maintenance issues
- Organizational and time management skills
- Customer service skills
- Two or more years of maintenance, construction, facilities, or handyman experience
- Experience using common hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and general building maintenance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Valid driver's license

The company is looking for a hands‑on Maintenance Coordinator who keeps buildings, grounds, and equipment safe, clean, and operating.
What You'll Do- Working under the direction of the Branch Executive Director, you will coordinate the day‑to‑day maintenance needs of the branch by:
- Performing general building maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance
- Completing plumbing, electrical, irrigation, and carpentry repairs
- Painting, pressure washing, grounds maintenance, and facility upkeep
- Inspecting facilities and equipment to identify maintenance or safety concerns
- Monitoring and completing monthly safety inspections and checklists
- Maintaining maintenance supplies, tools, and an organized workshop
- Coordinating maintenance projects and communicating progress with branch leadership
- Building working relationships with contractors, vendors, volunteers, and staff
- Supervising maintenance volunteers as assigned
- Helping create a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for YMCA members and guests
- Reporting any safety concerns, suspicious activity, or situations that may impact member or child safety

$80,000 to $95,000 per year;
Depends on experience;
