A sanitation and maintenance specialist is responsible for maintaining the La Pinon buildings. Maintenance of inventory, scheduling repairs, and inspecting buildings as upkeep are the responsibilities of this position. Experience in fixing basic plumbing issues, painting, and other daily maintenance duties are preferred.
Additional Areas of Responsibility- Cleaning and disinfecting surfaces such as countertops, floors, offices, restrooms, etc.
- Inspecting equipment for facilities to ensure they meet health codes or standards.
- Move and assemble furniture, outdoor landscape cleanup/maintenance & other duties as assigned.
- Ability to communicate clearly with others both orally and in writing.
- Ability to work with other contractors on projects.
- Ability to work as a team member.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Self motivated and project orientated.
