Job Summary

The Facility Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day maintenance operations across all LCDF facilities. Reporting to Facility Management, this role ensures that buildings, systems, and grounds are maintained in a safe, functional, and efficient condition. The Supervisor leads a team of maintenance personnel, coordinates routine and emergency repairs, and supports the implementation of preventative maintenance programs. This position plays a key role in maintaining compliance with safety standards and supporting the operational needs of LCDF’s healthcare and administrative services.

  • Proficient in basic repair techniques, carpentry, and HVAC system maintenance.
  • Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with team members and vendors.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail in planning, executing, and documenting maintenance tasks.
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic facility environments.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols, regulatory standards, and maintenance best practices.
  • Competence in using maintenance-related software, tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Five years in a similar position.
