Salary Range: $15.50 To $15.50 Hourly

Tresco, Inc. is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Custodian to join our team! This essential role ensures clean, safe, and welcoming environments for all who use our facilities. If you’re committed to quality work and take pride in cleanliness, we want to hear from you!

• Cleaning and stocking restrooms, kitchens, and break rooms
• Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
• Interior and exterior window cleaning
• High and spot dusting
• Removing office trash and maintaining cleanliness
• Floor care: buffing, spray cleaning, and wet mopping
• Disinfecting surfaces and descaling fixtures

Additional duties as assigned by your supervisor

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in custodial/janitorial services preferred
• Substitution of education/experience may be considered per Tresco policy

• Valid driver's license or Identification Card required

• Background check, and post‑offer drug screening required

• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Handle stressful situations professionally
• Maintain confidentiality at all times
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
